Top 6 Employee Engagement Tips
Your employees are people and you need to understand what’s required to keep them engaged in what they do. Inevitably this improves the bottom line, customer satisfaction and employee loyalty. Here are our six top tips to engage your people more:
1. Know your employees - each person has a valuable contribution to give.
2. Provide them with the tools and techniques to work effectively - your employees are in constant contact with your customers - give them what they need to be efficient and give the customer a unique experience.
3. Why we are here - missions and values need to be understandable, relevant and interesting. Your employees need to understand where the organisation is going and what is expected of them.

5. Celebrate success in a meaningful way - boost employee morale through unplanned celebration of accomplishments, efforts and goals.
6. Be consistent - change is good when it is for the better, change for change-sake is dangerous.
