Recent surveys show that attracting and retaining top talent is the number one people-issue for executives.
According to a recent survey by Gallup (UK):

19% of employees are engaged and productive

61% are ‘not engaged’ (not committed to their roles and would leave with the right opportunity)

20% are ‘actively disengaged’ (negative in the workplace)
