Options for developing business creativity skills
Creativity in Business (two days) is delivered in-house but is not available as a public course. However most of the skills covered on this course (plus additional ones) are covered on our popular one day Creativity for Logical Thinkers course. That course is available as a public course. It is a practical introduction to creativity and the approaches and techniques can be applied to generate ideas creatively and then harvest those ideas effectively.
The other option for individuals wishing to attend a public course, is Edward De Bono's Six Thinking Hats®. This course provides an highly effective structure for parallel thinking - adopting different thinking modes to ensure multiple perspectives are considered.
