Options for developing Problem Solving skills
Problem Solving is delivered in-house but is not available as a public course. However many of the skills covered on this course are closely related to the skills covered on our popular Creativity for Logical Thinkers course. That course is available as a public course. It is a practical introduction to creativity and many of the approaches and techniques can be applied to solve problems creatively and effectively.
The other option for individuals wishing to attend a public course, is Edward De Bono's Six Thinking Hats®. This course provides an highly effective structure for parallel thinking - adopting different thinking modes to ensure multiple perspectives are considered.
