The Rapid Team Building Programme
The Rapid Team Building programme is an effective route for an organisation to offer learning and team building to enhance productivity, creativity, reduce-conflict and develop team working skills. They are structured to bring out an individual’s potential as well as that of the team as a whole.

How can the team build be used?
Half-day team building event for groups and teams
-
In conjunction with any of our other sessions you can develop a team building day that not only helps to develop thinking skills and techniques, but also helps to develop relationships and rapport between team members.
-
This is a great pre and post project event.
-
For leaders and leadership teams that have gone through large organisational change projects, team building when combined with any of our other sessions is a great motivator.
What happens during the team build?
- Random teams are selected and given a simple scenario.
- Team tasks will be set throughout the day, aimed at working effectively as a group.
- The activities lead to a finale where you can put all your new skills into action.

Teams will develop the skills to:
- work as an efficient team.
- improve communication together and inter-team.
- be more open and honest with each other.
- break down barriers without conflict.
- manage time more effectively.
- improve motivation.
Who should attend?
Any teams that need to work more effectively together.
