Options for developing facilitation and meeting skills
Facilitation and Meeting Skills is delivered in-house but is not available as a public course as it is often tailored to meet our clients' specific requirements.
However we do have a number of courses that are on our public schedule that cover various aspects of facilitation adn meeting improvement:

Six Thinking Hat® - The technique developed by creative thinking master, Edward De Bono, is a powerful way to facilitate teams to think widely around a subject.
Creativity for Logical Thinkers - this is a practical introduction to creativity. As well as focusing on the process and techniques for creaive thinking, many important aspects of how to facilitate groups effectively are also introduced.
