Exercise and Physical Activity

Duration- Half-day

'If you exercise your brain you will positively influence your body, if you exercise your body you will positively influence your brain'. This workshop provides practical ideas for creating peak energy through physical activity to keep you alert and creative.

The workshop will explore the 4 pillars of exercise, help you understand 'how much is enough' and show you how to incorporate exercise into everyday activities. (The workshop facilitator is a health consultant and coach who has a master's degree in exercise and health).
