Passion at work - a new definition:
"Passion at work is what we feel when we are doing meaningful work that makes us feel better about ourselves at a pace that feels like real progress".
It is not about being extroverted, excited, dynamic or fast. It is about commitment and engagement. It is about getting more out of our work and bringing more to it. Ultimately it is about having personnel who are engaged, and motivated by what they are doing.
The Research
The PassionWorks!™ programme and resulting employee engagement model, was developed through interviewing over two hundred people who were identified as passionate about their work. These people were taken from a wide variety of industries around the world and from differing levels. The purpose of the research was to demystify what we identify as passion.
The research resulted in the book "PassionWorks!™ - Your guide to passion in the modern workplace", by David Jones.

Workshops
Workshops are tailored to meet specific needs of our clients and can run from short 'key note' or introductory sessions of 90 minutes, through to in-depth two day team building or leadership development programmes. Typically (although not always) a workshop consists of the completion of the on-line diagnostic beforehand and focused work to help all participants to understand and use the unique PassionWorks! approach.
