It is important to know where you want your career and your life to go - and plan how you are going to get there. Visioning and setting goals aligned to your values is a continuous process of review and action.
As working practices change, individuals benefit from taking control of their own career and thinking more like a consultant in order to achieve the equation ‘I do well = my company does well = I do well’.
This workshop guides participants through the identification of their key values and the direction in which they want to go so that they see each moment as a step towards their successful future.
