- Coordinate both sides of the brain, try juggling. It’s easier than it looks, good fun & works out both body & brain.
- Before reading anything, stop and think about your objective. You can’t know HOW to read something if you don’t know your objective.
- If you want to remember more of what you read, plan and take regular breaks.
- If you really need to remember something, review it – after an hour, a day, a week, a month, 3 months.
- Use Mind Mapping to help you create associations and remember more.
- Power Lunches-Aim to eat protein and salad/vegetables to stimulate clear thinking.
