Presenting and Speaking

Here are a few things to remember when you are speaking, planning and making a presentation, chairing a meeting or planning and giving a training session:

  • 'KISS'
    (Keep It Simple - Stupid!)
  • 'Five P's!':
    Proper
    Planning
    Prevents
    Poor
    Performance
  • Have P.R.I.D.E. in your work
(ie. Personal Responsibility In Daily Efforts)
  • 'A-B-C'
    (be Accurate, Brief and Clear)
  • Remember the "Too-B's" and "Not-Too B's"
(be Brave and Believe, not Boring or Bashful)
  • "Never ASSUME anything"
(it makes an ASS out of U (you) and ME!)
