Here is a way to remember the three essentials of survival

SHELTER provides protection against bad weather.
WATER thirst leads to exhaustion faster than hunger.
FOOD hunger is slow to kill, but lowers your spirits.

If you have those you can Survive Without Fear.

When you are watching the weather forecast, the following rhyme reminds you of what the numbers in Celcius mean:

30 is hot,
20 is nice,
10 is cold,
0 is ice!
