Illumine now offers a unique way to develop you and your teams into rounded thinkers. A Rounded Thinker ensures their thinking achieves their best performance and gains competitive advantage for their organisation.

How is it awarded?

By proving your commitment to enhancing your thinking. This can be achieved by attending five different public workshops or in-house courses (½, 1 and 2 day durations), over a two year period.

We have courses covering the following thinking skills:

• Assimilation - Treat information as an asset, absorb it effectively and efficiently
• Innovation - Generate fresh thinking, new ideas and critical insights
• Communication - Turn ideas into action with clear, persuasive written and spoken communication skills
• Facilitation - Engage the collective wisdom of a group for action with high buy-in
• Motivation - Engage yourself and others to work at peak performance

To qualify for the award, you will need to attend five courses from at least four different skills areas, within two years of the first course.

As the only training company dedicated to improving your quality of thinking, creativity and well-being in the workplace, each qualified Rounded Thinker will receive a certificate and a unique Rounded Thinker Glass Sculpture. This will show your commitment for thinking aimed towards competitive advantage.

Credits towards the Rounded Thinker Award is awarded on both public workshops and in-house courses (½, 1 and 2 day durations) and can be used as a collective award.
