  • Identifying where your team sit on the ‘Tuckman’ model.
  • Change and influence what you can. Change your view of what you can’t.
  • Setting team and individual goals.
  • Review of key learning points, top tips and personal action plan.

Module 3 – Handling poor performance

  • Identifying what causes poor performance.
  • Transactional analysis.
  • Effective feedback and feedforward techniques.
  • Review of key learning points, top tips and personal action plan.

Module 4 – Coaching

  • Understanding what coaching is and where to apply it.
  • Understanding the GROW model.
  • Asking the right questions and listening effectively.
  • Review of key learning points, top tips and personal action plan.
