  • Compare each leadership style and the effects on people and performance.

  • β€˜The Power of Now’ – adopting the right mind-set to manage challenging situations.

Module 2 – The Leader as Developer of High Performing Teams

  • What actions and priorities do leaders who develop high performing teams focus on?
  • β€˜From good to great’ – supporting and developing your team through effective delegation and performance management.
  • Problem solving at team and organisational level.
  • Investing your energy in line with the greatest performance opportunities.
  • Review of key learning points, top tips and personal action plan.

Module 3 – The Leader as Powerful Communicator

  • Understanding interpersonal effectiveness – emotional responses, body language and the importance of congruence.
  • Factors of β€˜personal brand’ – developing and sustaining helpful elements.
  • The internal β€˜service chain’ and inter-departmental collaboration.
  • Review of key learning points, top tips and personal action plan.
